Lets be honest and real for a minute and skip the Disney movies,
Ladies love getting gifts from their man whether its designer handbags, jewelry, or trips to exotic islands and some men, love buying their women gifts (even if they are broke) perhaps to get her to depend on him, or to solidify/reinforce the relationship.
Not all relationships go there, but some take it to another level where the women measures their man's gift to how much they "love" them and men rely on the gift they get to shut them up.
Both guilty as charged.
So, what are your opinions on that? Ladies, Can you be bought (indirectly)? Fellas, do you keep supplying your chicks so you can keep getting some cutty so she dont go nowhere else?
For me, I don't spoil women I'm in a relationship with. Check the definition of spoil. Don't get me wrong I buy gifts but I don't do it to a point where they expect it all the time. I'll intentionally ignore/forget that its V-day and plan something very very good the next day if she starts expecting stuff, thats just the type of person I am. When I buy them something, they better appreciate it too(especially if I took a lot of time, thought, and $$$ into it). ie if I got her flowers on a random day and she complained about it because she wanted roses instead. Don't give me that princess/diva shit. That doesn't fly with me. So the answer is no, I don't buy my women I'm in a relationship with. If I did, its a slap to their faces.
On the other hand, girls I don't want a relationship with, yes. Most of the time, those girls (usually dime pieces) already know whats up. Either you have the money or you don't. "My man better have a job. He's going to take me to the mall and I can have whatever I want. On valentines day, he better come up big. The ring my man gets me better be equivalent to a month and half of his pay." Any of those sounds familiar? I guess they get what they deserve by indirectly prostituting themselves like that. I call them chicks HTO for High Turnover Rate lol. You cash, smash, and dash. You are a fool if you stay with those type of girls, fellas! That is not the girl you go to for love.
Thats my 2 cents.
