    Birthdays of siblings

What is the matter with parents sometimes. When it is your birthday they forget yours and do not have a cake or say happy b-day. But when it comes to your younger siblings they remember their birthdays and buy cakes and sign happy b-day. They asks you go buy cakes and stuff for the younger siblings. For me I did not even get to celebrate with family for the past 8 years. I am like am I a stranger in the family or something. Has something like this happen to anyone one of you?

I've always been overlooked ever since I was little....I guess cuz I never speak up about it =/ I shouldn't have to.

I will wish you a happy b-day if it came up.

I think I'm too old to even care about my birthday, plus it's over shadowed with something more important, like 5 different funerals for family members.

    My parents celebrated ours equally.
It's the hardest thing I'll ever have to do, to turn around and walk away pretending I don't love you.

I will too, I'm good with remembering peoples birthdays. For obvious reasons of course, but a person's birthday is the biggest day for them. their own special holiday!

My parents have their days hahaha. It's not that they care about anyone more, it depends on their situation. If they have money they will get cake and do a BBQ. If not, they say HB and sorry that they can't do anything. For my older siblings, they don't buy them cake and it's understandable. They are older. They are married. They have people who care about them and only them. They are extremely important in their small unit of a family. While the younger siblings who are single or just because they are younger, they should get more attention. Older=more mature. Deal. You shouldn't even question whether or not your parents love you anymore. It's about time you know it. That's how I see it.

My birthday is coming up and my parents offered to buy me cake though. SO happy =D!!! Haha!!!!
We got a lot to learn

I'm the calender that reminds everyone who's birthday comes up, and when it comes to my birthday, it's crickets lol. I don't mind, it is understandable that sometimes my parents are unable to plan birthdays and it is usually up to the older siblings to celebrate the younger ones birthdays.

The older you are, parents aren't going to baby you and buy cake and stuff lol, well, that's what I think anyway. But I understand how some just wanna be acknowledged. My younger siblings get parties, cake, etc. because they're still young. I just get random odd gifts from relatives & sometimes home baked blueberry pie from my fam, since it's my favorite. Other than that, I just treat it like any other day, unless friends wanna celebrate it.
