    I don't like any diet sodas or anything low fat anyway.
    It's the hardest thing I'll ever have to do, to turn around and walk away pretending I don't love you.

    i read awhile back that diet coke surpass pepsi and coke that fake sweetner really lingers in your mouth :/

    As people get familiar with "healthy eating", they start to gravitate back towards their Asian roots and further away from "American food". American food is now all processed food with chemicals and steroids developed by people in white laboratory suits and glasses. This all leads to obesity, decline in health and more trips to the hospital.

    I personally stopped eating American food and now switched to strictly Asian/Khmer food. There's a reason why Asians are always lean and skinny. It's mainly because of our low in fat, no cheese, high in vegetables/fruit and lean meats like fish and chicken that we consume for generations.

    I have been eating more ethnic food, and turned off by the mere thought of fast food and anything that's super refined, or drenched in grease. Blagghh. So for once, I agree with TukSewer.... (I'm gonna go hang myself now!)
