    I swear I think a woman is so much sexier when she is mad and frustrated! Of course minus the yelling and throwing things. But for those women who like to clean when they're pissed, that's the icing on the cake. I like people who can be productive in a time of despair because it's like electricity. "+" and "-" translate into current. hahaha

    I have a very logical approach to problems, so I dont easily get frustrated. I've been formally trained for this. If I dont know the answers off of the bat, I simply sleep on it until it comes to me. Usually, I can even look at a problem and solve the small smiple things first which will in turn make the bigger problem more easier to tackle. I think there's no use in getting mad or sad in things we can't control. But then again, we're human and like to think that we're always in control which is not true.

    When I'm down or not feeling myself I go for a run or do other forms of exercise. It's amazing how much better you feel afterwards.

    Usually go somewhere to isolate myself. Rather it be my room, the park, or whatever. Just a spot to chill out on, think things through and then see what goes from there.

    I go get a massage, or take a hot bath/shower. Or my daughter would surprise me with a Johnny Depp movie on movie night...of all the choices, she picks out the movies she knows that would cheer me up!
