i dont like jeans in general because i don't like how it feels, but i do wear them, so I am pretty picky with jeans. I'm no hype beast, don't follow every trend thats out there because i hate the idea of being a fashion victim. I'm beginning to not like those head bands with flowers and bows on it. It's cute, but too many of them.
1) Skinny Jeans/Slim Jeans
2) Mohawks
3) Flares that guys wear
4) Humongous glasses
5) Grills
6) Baggy pants way below the glutes
The one thing I couldn't stand or understand were those sweatpants girls used to wear that said, JUICY, SEXY, or PINK on their butts. It was so damn popular, and so I thought...Hmmm, maybe I should come up with my own line for men's shorts. Instead of in the back, I'll have words printed in the front...
CIRCUMSIZED
THE INCREDIBLE BULK
and
MONEY SHOT!
T-shirts with brandy or huge logos. C'mon really?
I hope these never come back! :\

Assymetrical dresses, you know, dresses with one sleeve. I go to weddings and clubs, 80% of Asian girls wear them. Anything thats too popular to me gets boring (except Johnny Depp) *swoons. Omg im in love
I used to rock DCs. had three pairs. donated them all not long ago since I stopped wearing them about 3 years ago. the only reason I kept them was cuz they were still in good condition.
never wore em with skinny jeans though. lol. fat shoes/skinny jeans...weird combo.

Have any of you girls tried incorperating some of that khmer traditional clothing/silk fabrics into your wardrobe? I've seen this asian boutique store that sells fashionable clothes that you can wear publicly made out of those material. You ladies should start rockin' them & start making it trendy. Go boho Asia on 'em lol.
That's a great idea Ivan. On top of that, they'd support a fellow Asian who in return would help his/her community. All these companies that Asian Americans are wasting their money on, make no effort to represent their group.
Evidence of this is in their commercials and advertisements. They make no attempt to include Asians apart of their brand and lifestyle.
As Asian Americans who make up a big part of their consumer base, we in turn should demand that they include Asians in their advertisements and commercials. We shouldn't sit idly by and get them rich while they take our money.
As Asian Americans we should boycott every company who refuses to meet those standards.

I just survived 'Fashion week' here in NYC. I can't believe with everyone so broke they are spending thousands on handbags and t-shirts with somebody's name on it. A far cry from the markets in Cambodia where you can buy a nice t-shirt for $2.00.
I met many people who dress like millionares and drive fancy cars yet they live in shitty 1 room apartments in low-life ghettos in NJ. Go figure.
I say NAY!
fashion hurts...
