Since we all know religion was created by man, if you had the chance to make any kind of religion...how would it be like?

Before I even answer the question, personally, I think anyone is quite capable of believing in a general goodness of things without being a part of any religion. I don't get why just cuz someone believes in a set of morality rules (which I thought was common sense stuff), it would automatically label them into a classification of religion, unless of course they start worshipping something, which many non-believers don't.

But to play along with this religion thing... if I can create my own religion, here's how it would be like:

- Of course I would not place worship into anything; spiritual entities or an ideological object.
- Morality rules would be basic and simple; treat others the way you wanna be treated. You do good, you get a good conscience. Do bad, and you'll get bad results. And obviously don't harm anyone just for the hell of it. How you wanna live your life in regards to sex before marriage or general moral values, I think that's entirely up to you & your values. I'd never say anyone who does a naughty thing for whatever reason would now be deemed worthless, rejects or "sinners" like how some of these other religions would judge them. I simply would just think whatever you put out into the world, that's the result you're gonna get. And you will live with that. Have sex with many random ppl, and you'll open yourself up to more possibilities of catching diseases. Hurt anyone and you might just get hurt right back. Simple as that.
- I would not require anyone to start segregating themselves from the rest of humanity whom doesn't "believe" in the same set of moral values as you believe in. Basically, this whole belief thing is just a whole lot of self-opinions. Some may agree with some of it, but I would never crucify anyone for not believing in all of what I believe. That's just stupid & selfish.
- Lastly, what would I call my "religion"...? I'd call it Being Humane. I'd probably preach about stop being such a dumbass and use your common sense, idiot. lol :p

Yes. there's elements in the bible that are evil, racist in it's core and used to control the masses, especially the poor.

But if there's one thing in the bible that I had to pick to agree on, it's their stance on homosexuality.

Like a virus, if left unchecked and allowed to spread, will eventually breakdown family values, communities over time will crumble and a whole nation will weaken.

If you were a religious leader of your country, you'd do anything to stop the spread of homosexuality, including stoning and killing of gays, which they did so fervently back then and still do today in some parts of the world.

Lol I find it funny that you were hating on Christianity just because they have a white Jesus or whatever, but you agree with all their other bullshit including their intolerable hate & discrimination among different types of ppl.

No, I don't hate all anglos. Just some. The one's I love and admire are the ones like Tim Wise who understands the racial hierarchy in this system is inherently flawed. He understands the anglo privileges and the perks anglos get simply because they're anglo and of European heritage. This is in all levels of society, be it religious, political, education and on a social level.

He's well known in intellectual circles around college campuses and frequently does lectures across the country. If you do a search on youtube, you can find a lot of his speeches on there where he openly talks about the topic.
