Khmer alphabet have most letters in the world?

Was arguing this over with my friends awhile ago. Thai say Thai, Canton say Canton, Indian said Tamil.
I say Khmer because they were counting vowel combinations, so which one is right answer for real?

according to genius world record our alphabet have the most in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO, the obvious answer is khmer! Mandarin would be second since they have a lot of characters in their alphabet

I saw that in the Guiness World Records also, if I can remember correctly, there are 124 characters in the Khmer alphabet.

My girlfriend and I are both in love with Cambodia where we travelled in 2010. I would like to do something special (Cambodia related) for my girlfriend's birthday and I need to write her name in Khmer. I;ve tried to find some help on-line but it came to nothing. Could someone please post how to write JULIA in Khmer letters?

some people say Chinese... Chinese isn't a language! Chinese are the people of China ehehe
Mandarine or Cantonese doesn't have alphabet. They have characters.
