Modern Warfare 3 or Battlefield 3?

Which one will you get? Or will it be both. I wanna get one of them just don't know which one to purchase. I'm dl the beta version of bf3 while I'm in class. I played mw2 and it was cool but I heard good things about bf bad company.

Any suggestions?

I've been playing the BETA for awhile and its SUPER fun; even when its missing all the vehicles and equipment you could earn. Its just more tactical then Call of Duty, which seems to be more arcade style, shoot 'em up game. So if you get too tired of the slow play; switch to fast-paced COD. Too much bullshit in COD? Switch back over. Thats how I think of it.

let me break it down now, Garbage.
the game is not smooth for shit, the only thing i like is customizing you're weapon.
i just paid 120$ for MW3 harden edition, now lets hope it is worth it.

Don't you think that its like that because its the beta version? Sometimes when I go prone in the beta I sink through the ground.

Looks like BF3 is more CoD than it is BF2... The larger maps aren't even large, everything is squished together and basically right next to each other. Barely any vehicles. There's even a 64-player conquest map that makes everyone fight in a tunnel the whole game. I think 1 capture point in BF2 is bigger than an entire map in BF3 lol. They labeled this game as a true successor to BF2, but it's more like Bad Company 3 to me.

It's still a Battlefield game, but it's starting to head towards the way of CoD, imo.

BF3 on PC = AMAZING, beautiful, well crafted, very fun.


I won't be playing it much for the same reasons I didn't play BF2 much, I'm not huge on having lots of vehicles or any vehicles at all during MP.

Pre-order 2 copies of MW3, one for the 360 and one for the ps3. I head BF3 is pretty dope though..
