I highly doubt we'd suffer as bad as the first depression, cuz technology has greatly advanced since then, plus there'd still be some kinda form of government to keep civilization sustaining. We probably will be limited to supplies at worst.

I was just thinking about this, and talking to a few people about it. When, not if, the economy/gov. crashes and burns finally (depression type deal I guess, who knows when or how long from now lol), will you or your family be ready? Most people I talked with came to the conclusion that people who just pushed buttons or sat around doing office work (or no work at all) that did not know how to hunt/fish/grow/gather would suffer the most. They would most likely end up turning to using violence on one another for food and such, if it were ever to get that bad. All I know is, my whole family can fish and grow. Hunting only the guys, but that's all we need.

Oh yea, we also came to agreement that this would put women back into the kitchens and taking care of the house while the men were out. Of course there are exceptions to like 2% of women who could rough it out in the woods, shoot some game and drag it home.

Heck yea! I can make weapons out of wood and stone, cook like no other female, and navigate using the night stars.

I'm also very good at climbing tree (so i can collect fruit) a very exceptional skill i'm quite proud of when i was in the village because that was how i escaped my mom's beating ehehe
I also know how to grow vegetables and herbs and maintain them.
I can do laundry fine without the machine.
I definitely know how to cook on an open fire and I can control my fire for cooking well and yes i know how to make fire.
so yeah i know the basic survival skill..in a warm climate!

It's got everything you would expect of a modern day city..........malls, city parks, homes, state of the art medical facitlies and so on. They're built at higher elevation and further from the coastlines. My guess is.... thats where they'll evacuate to just in case of a earth-changing event. Talk about being ready! Once I get my lasik done, I'm ready. If you are handicap in any way, then you won't last. I was in the boy scout and got lost in the woods with me a buddy of for a week. We survived. Plus, I'm a nature down to earth guy.

This is to happen within the next 13 years, as American's jewish owners deadline for world domination is by US 250th birthday. Imagine, China has been a reigning empire for thousands of years without invading other continents, and America not even 250 years old is bankrupted and still trying to take over the world through depopulation.
