wow. that's quite an accomplishment considering it's shoved in your face on tv, billboards, magazines and everywhere you go. you have good discipline.

While thr eatingg thr burgerz & friez, i'm eatingg my rice, stir fried, chicken, ice cream, & evrythngg else that iznt fast food i just wanted II prove my sister wrongg thatz all... buh i gotta admit that i ABSOLUTELyyy missed my Chicken Nuggetz & my McChicken from Mickeyy D'z... i Sooooooo cannot wait II get my grub on... buh i'm broke.. *Sniff *Sniff..

congrats! I don't eat fast food often but I don't think I can go a year without it. sometimes when you're starving and you don't have the time or energy to prepare something, fast food is the more convenient option

Congrats Xoxo. I, also went one year without fast food but that was during my freakishly awesome healthy habit year of 2007. I was really good in 2006 and 2007. I want to relive those years again.
