If anyone thinks or tells you that they are better then you. Then tell them this because they are delusional!
We live in a world that is always in a state of flux and impermanence, plus built upon causes & effects. So everything in this world is conditioned by causes & effects. Like me being here to type this out for you to read is conditioned, conditioned by what? -conditioned by food & water, clothes, shelter, a pc, internet access, etc etc...
If you get what I'm talking about then you will realize your happiness is conditioned. What makes you happy?- Family, friends, lovers, material wealth, your social status, sensual pleasures? Well, that is all conditioned!
Are your Family, friends, lovers, material wealth, or your social status permanent or impermanent? The answer is impermanent!
Can your family, friends, lovers, material wealth, or social status be gone in a blink of an eye or over a period of time? The answer is YES
Well then, whatever is conditioned and impermanent can't be happiness.
I would call it more like temporary gratification.
Is your Mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, or child permanent? The answer is NO.
It is not permanent because it can't escape the wrath of sickness, disease, old-age, and death!
So, whatever is conditioned and impermanent comes change and alteration in the conditioned, with that change and alteration in the conditioned comes the feeling of sorrow, lamentation, pain, displeasure, or despair.
This is why when someone losses a mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, or child to the wrath of death people tell them " I'm sorry for your lost"!
See, you might be comfortable, fine, happy, or delusional now, but I don't see anyone in this world that is immortal and can escape the wrath of sickness, disease, old-age, and death.
So,now you can see that there can't be anyone that is inferior, superior, or equal to anyone in this world. we will all be in a state of loss due to the wrath of sickness, disease, old-age, or death! Either now, or maybe sooner, or even later.
In conclusion; everything in this world is unsatisfactory because it is conditioned and impermanent!
That is why the wise say "contentedness is the best riches; one living by wisdom lives best"!
But you guys are right! Life is no joke and I need to be more serious. So, I descided to leave KL and seek enlightenment. I do not wish to be take rebirth in this world anymore. I will leave you my last Dhamma lesson and bid you all farewell.
May you all be happy, healthy, and peaceful.
Sincerely,
Suriya
