ive always told everyone that gets sick often to work out more. i believe if you force your body to become stronger naturally you wont get sick as much. it works for me but i dont know for females if thats a viable option. i punish my body at least 3 times a week and the last time i saw a doctor was two years ago. i caught a fever and i took some medication for it but i didnt stay in bed. i forced myself to work through it and i havent been sick since.
