ESPN calls Jeremy LIN a chink - WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OW!!!

Very, very clever of them to slip that in there. I have no doubts, it was deliberate and intentional.

First it was Jason Whitlocks reference to Lin's penis size, second was Mayweather's comment saying LIN is only getting hype because he's asian, third was the FORTUNE COOKIE CHING CHONG TING TONG ad played on MSG network. This is the worse one yet, calling him a CHINK and playing dumb like it's an honest mistake.

Hilarious. Definitely a "Freudian Slip".

Haha, chink in one's armor is a small but fatal weakness. You point out the cutest things

Qarmas. This isn't the 1850s where they directly say things like "Chink" to your face. This is 2012 so they have to be covert with their racism.

It was subtle and indirect but it's very clear what his intentions were. The guy knew exactly what he was doing when he published the headline.

Because it has a double meaning, he knew he could use an excuse and say "oh I didn't know, honest mistake, sorry, haha" and then everyone would forgive him and forget it the next day.

Him and his coworkers probably gave each other fist pumps while laughing behind the scenes. Unbelievable.

This is just terrible how such a thing still happens in this day and age, especially a reputable, respectable and professional company like ESPN.

Since it was taken down, ESPN apologized and now looks like the guy is going to get fired.

I'm not offended. Ppl worry too much about what others say, just let my game speak for itself. Only the court matters.
