-Haven't been on KL since Christmas time I think.

-Just want to say thank you to my KL SS again.. my daughter and s.o. loved their gifts

-Actually went to the Celtics game for our 7 years anniversary with some friends in the beginning of January and we end up on the Jumbotron twice.. thanks in part to the Snuggie lol.

-School's been going.. don't want to jinx myself. I've started and not finished in the past so I'm determined to finish this semester. Make it or break it for me. But I'm enjoying it. I think it's because I don't have any clinical labs this time. I think I've had at least one in every semester I've been in since I started college. So it's nice without the added stress.

-So many projects.. so little motivation lol.

-Amelie is doing good. She loves to read anything and everything. From signs on buildings, to signs on the road, to her books, and my dictionary! No lie.. for some reason she is so attached to my dictionary since she was about 18 months old. Just opening it and looking at the words lol. Proud that she can also read Khmer and is teaching me! lol..

-She does receive special ed. and speech therapy. Not that she has a problem with talking, but more communicating and socializing. It's a little frustrating.. and I can tell she's always been like this since she was born. and it's not that she doesn't like other kids.. she just has a hard time "playing" with them.. and she likes to do her own thing. I've been scared about it but I think I'm gonna finally get a referral to send her to Boston and run some more tests. I don't think she has autism, but something relevant like it. :'( I blame her father's genes. lol. jk.

-Valentine's day was nice. I don't like getting chocolates, cards, or stuffed animals. I will throw them away and he knows that lol. But I love flowers.. I never get "just because" flowers so I hoped that on V-day I would get some.. but didn't But that's just me being a brat lol. Instead, me and a friend went go-kart racing in Boston during the day. At night, him and I went indoor skydiving. Lots of fun, makes me more excited to go real skydiving.. I'm hoping to do that Spring '13.

-As far and NY resolutions go, I think most of them have been completed or coming along. Simple things like growing out my nails.. My nails have always been flimsy and/or I end up biting them. It's so pretty now and I can't stop looking at how long and strong they are lol! Little things like that get me excited

-We've been doing good. He's been going to the gym, cut down A LOT on cigarettes, and recently declared to stop smoking weed. He used to smoke a pack a day and doesn't even buy it anymore.. just gets drags off his friends, which is kind of disgusting anyway but yeah. Since the quitting of weed was really recent (like not even a whole week yet recent), he's been soooo grumpy/cranky and taking it out on Amelie and me Of course I yell at him back when it comes to Amelie, but I'm just trying to let this phase pass by as fast as it can. He hasn't yelled at me in awhile so it was a little shocking.

-I'd rather let him spend his day at the gym with his friends compared to the days he would spend all day with them smoking. Still to this day, not a day goes by where he doesn't see his friends. Not exaggerating.. not one day!! So when he does stay home once every 3 blue moons, it's a miracle and yes, I notice. Sometimes, I just need help cleaning the house or with Amelie. That girl wears me out everyday. and it's always just me with her during the week. She switches off between grandparents on the weekends since i work weekends. I get her ready for school, get myself ready, go to school, come home, figure out what to eat that day, errands, bills, homework, pick her up, entertain her, and put her to sleep. He said it would be different once he switched to first shift. I knew it wouldn't and he didn't believe me. and who's always right? me. feel like i'm a single parent all the time. no difference. and since she's at the grandparents on the weekends, he gets a free ride. and when he does get her, he'll drop her off at his mom and goes out. same shit, different day.

-Aside from all this, he has been good. He does cook more than I cook and pays his part of the bills (most of the time anyway >:/ i don't even want to get into it with that).

-Still waiting on my tax refund! So excited what I'll be getting back finally. Been cheated out the last 2 years from his stupidity.. I think I already wrote about that.

-Reunited with the friend who's been assed out. I think only because her and her now ex finally broke up. She used to judge me and some others when things didn't work out between our baby's fathers. And look who's come around. Sometimes, those friends just need a good being assed out kind of situation to realize it themselves!

-I've seen hoes turn into housewives and housewives turned into hoes. In the last year, I've realized that only one part is true. Housewives can be turned into hoes. But now I've realized that hoes will always be hoes no matter how hard they try. Sorry, but that's the truth.

-If I didn't have so many bills, I would love to take my tax money and go on a small getaway. Huy.. maybe next year.

-Oh yea, went to see Honey Cocaine last weekend. You know, that khmer rapper girl from Canada signed to Tyga's label. She sucks at rapping but for some reason, I think she's cute lol.. hey! she has money to keep up with her blonde hair lmao. She's so tinyy.. she's cute in person too.. a little ghetto but she probably has more money than most of us so kudos to her for doing her thing.

-idk.. my mind's all jumbled up. My house needs some major cleaning to get done. Can't decide what theme for my living room to be. First was brown/turquoise/blue.. then brown/green/tan.. i was thinking black/gray/white next? ugh.. it never looks as nice as in the magazines lol.
