When you see a supposed to be MAN, especially a fellow asian guy, at the gym using 2x2lb dumbbells in each hand because he was not able to lift a 5lb dumbbell. WTF!? Any guy that is even SLIGHTLY active can easily lift a 10lb dumbbell. My brother and a few friends do not work out AT all, and they can curl 20lb dumbbells no problem. Whats going on with dudes these days![]()
