Friday Night: I just had the most amazing birthday celebration weekend EVER. Dave & Buster's on Friday night was awesome! Just about everyone who confirmed for my event came! Over 50 people showed up and they enjoyed the food and the games. I seriously felt loved and I really didn't know I had that many friends! I got some great gifts, including two pairs of boots that I've been eyeing for a while. The gifts were great! I'm set for winter...well after I get the pair I saw for sale at Bakers a couple weeks ago. :D Anyways, we played trivia and it was fun! This was def my kind of place. I'm not really the type to celebrate my bday at a club where I can't talk to people. Although I was all socialized out halfway into the night.
Saturday: My bf took me to Napa and we checked into this cute little inn on the riverfront downtown and the room was all decked out in Victorian decor like from my romance novel with a clawfoot bathtub (my favorite) and everything. It was perfect. Then he said we had to wake up at 6am the next morning for a surprise!
HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE! Ahhh! My bf is afraid of heights but he braved it for me because I've been wanting to do it for so long! It was an hour and our balloon was cute! We flew 1600 feet into the air over the Napa Valley. It was gorgeous. Super memorable! I was flying high!
And my bday gift... a violin! !!! I haven't played a violin in 10 years but I've wanted to relearn for so long!
I have the best bf ever. And this was a wonderful, fantastic, amazing weekend.
