Going out tonight for lobster and beers; and hanging out with my best guy friend. Poor guy has to listen to me talk about my crazy mood swings. :/

How do i help a friend deal with break up?
I really can't stand on the side and do nothing.
I'm so sad that she is soo heart broken. When she is with me i could take her mind off of him and have fun with her, but when she is by herself she started to think about him.
She asked me for advice and to brainwash her so she can be happily single again but as everyone know..i'm the last person for anyone to ask on how to deal with break up. any advices??
