This year's west coast trip was pleasant and mostly low keyed. Unlike last year, I went solo and didn't really plan anything this time around, with the exception of the amount of time designated for each area. Where last year we decided to take a trip to Norcal on a whim from Socal, this year I had planned to spend 4 whole days in the Bay area. *Home made fried rice (my version)
Since my boss and co-workers love my wife home cooked fried rice so much, I decided to make a recipe for them. Well it's a request.

Ingredients:

About 26.5oz of Jasmine white rice
Chinese sausages. You can go those any any Asian Grocery Market.
Mix vegetables
Eggs, as many as you like.
Salt
Sugar
Garlic
