I had something like that happen to me a couple of times which woke me up during my sleep. Recently last month. Might be from stress or anxiety. Or maybe sleep apnea. It's like my brain forgets to tell me to breath. When it happens it feels like I was going to suffocate from lack of oxygen. My trick is to open my window and breath in some fresh air!!

Like LePrince said, keep yourself hydrated. Your body just works better when hydrated. Be careful not to sit for long periods and not keep yourself hydrated. The blood clots could form in your legs and travel to your lungs and bam pulmonary embolism. I keep myself in shape and get lots of exercise, but every so often I do find myself on my azz for too long, not realizing 2, 3, heck even 4 hours just passed in the wee hours of the night, and I barely moved. I would feel some pain in my calves and even in my chest. I get a little paranoid and pop a couple low dose aspirins (with food of course) and start moving again. =)
I have leg cramp whenever I sleep during the day...that mfker hurts like hell. it makes me tear up everytime.
I've had those experiences. The not breathing part usually only happens when I'm super super super exhausted. It's actually so bad, I do it even while I'm awake sometimes. It's like out of nowhere I have to tell myself, BREATH MUFFUSSA!! The cramping...man I had the worst cramp EVER yesterday! I've never had an ankle cramp in my life but my foot was curving in and it felt like my bones were going to break. I drink lots of water and eat lots of bananas to fix that. As far as the breathing issue, perhaps you can do a sleep study thing at the doctor's. Maybe you have sleep apnea. I hope you get better!!
Ivan, I keep telling you to delete that damn silly picture from your hard drive. It ain't done no good but bring you trouble. I don't think LePrince and Matique can do anything about it. Sorry, Bud. They can't unban someone that has been banned by another Moderator. You might just have to ride this one out until tomorrow. I'll log off KL in a bit. We'll continue with the epic story again tomorrow.
Jom aka Tevy? lol If it's supposedly not even his picture though, why should it matter?
Now stop posting or I'll IP ban you. Go relax and spend time with your girl. Come back tomorrow.

Oops, I pissed off the Red Mage, Ivan.
Lord Halcyon is eying this sultry Red Mage up and down with an air of suspicious. Sir Ivan, who is now half smiling about something held out his hand to her. The Red Mage, who have yet to reveal her name simply covers herself back up. Sir Ivan was taken aback by the sudden rejection of his advancement. Lord Halcyon noticed this and smirks at him. The Red Mage begins to tell a story... " My father is Solidun although I was but a small child when he went off to study at the Monastary. I was raised by his sister, Lumina, my aunt, who is now at an age where she can no longer walk. I came down this path because the Scepter of Solidun spoke to me. I heard my father's voice. This is how I came to chance myself upon you two. " Lord Halcyon interrupted. " That is an outright lie. Priest Solidun never had a daughter, nor a family. He never spoke of one and he was a man of nobility. He would never keep such a secret away from me. You're filling us up with your filthy lies just to get your hands on this Scepter and you're going to have to pry it from my cold dead fingers." Sir Ivan nudges at Lord Halcyon in an attempt to get him to shut up. (angrily whispering into Halcyon's ear) "You're turning this little meeting into a hostile one. Will you shut up and just let her finish her story." Lord Halcyon slightly pushes Sir Ivan off of him. The Red Mage turns to look at the warriors. She let out a "Hmpff" " Believe me or not, don't you think I know my own story? And how do I know that you are not the one that killed my father?" Lord Halcyon took offense to it. "Why you...I am going to cut a good clean swift right across that pretty neck of yours and mount your decapitated head on a pike as a warning to all the other Mages as to what will happen if they try to get cute." Sir Ivan pulls Lord Halcyon to the side and the Lord is resisting. Just as he did, the Red Mage produces a rod and points it skyward. A bolt of lighting shot out of the sky. Sir Ivan and Lord Halcyon both looked at each other and in unison blurted out: "HOLY SHIT!!"

We'll need some Elephants and some Pegasus. Light infantry Knights on Pegasus. Hopefully, I'll get the opportunity to work in some Pegasus.

I miss watching Inuyasha. Once the cartoon stopped, I never finished it off reading the manga. Lord Sesshomaru was my fav character. Ha

We don't know what either of us are going to come up with next. I'm amazed we have gone this far as smoothly as it is.

Do you think we should randomly incorporate KL members into the story or make up characters as we go along?
I think we should just go ahead and move it to its own 'epic' thread. But first, we'll need a title and a main theme. Like, why are are we on this journey in the first place. Who sent us and where are we going. I have three plot ideas to work with: 1) Lord Halcyon was once a great Knight until he was set up and sent into exiled. Along the way, he runs into Sir Ivan, who is currently being pursued by his King's men for something he didn't do. Together, they will help each other clear their names and regain their innocence and glory. 2) A murderous band of cutthroats ruled by The KingSlayer, A Tyrant ruler that has knocked off The King of Empire North, The King of Ocean West, The Queen of Mountains East and there is all but one Queen left. We are to go on a journey outside of the main offensive and strike The Kingslayer while he sleep and pin the blame on one of his ally and have them turn against each other. While they are fighting, The Queen's Army will make their move. 3) The Great Dragon is ill and held captive by a Dark Cultist Clan. A treasured beast of the land and one that is revered by the Queen, The Great Dragon protects all he loves. Our journey is to go deep into the lairs of the Dark Cultist Clan and imbibed the dragon with a Elixir of Titan so that it can break free from its shackles and destroy its captors and all the Dark Cultist.
I think we need a separate blog/thread for this. And you gotta include where we first started so things will happen in sequence, my comrad.
Sir Ivan looks at Lord Halcyon with both amazement and disbelief. "Any time you were gonna tell me you had that thing, comrad?" Lord Halcyon avoids Sir Ivan's suspicious stare. "Only when the time was right." replied Lord Halcyon. "You mean only when we're about to get killed by a fucking hell beast, you happen to pull out magic like a fucking magician, eh. Just brilliant. Perhaps I should ask the gypsy what lies beyond my comrad than the kingdom, since he hasn't the dignity to keep things honest between his only ally." There was a sharp pain that stabbed Lord Halcyon in his heart when he sensed slight distrust from his warrior friend. But now wasn't the time to get into it as Lord Halcyon notices a Mage in red hooded cloak approaching them. "Halt your steps, stranger. Or I shall be forced to do away with you as well with Solidun's scepter!" shouted Lord Halcyon. The red hooded Mage stops and pulls off it's cloak. An exotic woman appears underneath, with hair as black as night, eyes as green as the forest in spring, breasts as plump as the hills of summer and skin as pure as the first snow of winter. "You threaten me with my father's scepter, Lord." She gracefully replied with a voice so exquisite, it tenses the loins of all men that stand in her presence. Sir Ivan De'Lioncourt, especially, was immediately in love. Lord Halcyon, however, was not phased by the spells of women, as he had just been heartbroken by that of a Star Princess. In fact, he now grew suspicious of all of them. "How dare you make such claims with nothing to prove it true, madame. This holy scepter is not a toy for women to play with such as they do with men. I request you immediately identify yourself else I shall send you along with these hell beasts that lies on this dirt." Lord Halcyon said it with such contempt that it made Sir Ivan a bit alarmed, because he knew his comrad would really obliterate the woman, despite how exquisite she be. His friend was scourned of love...and of women. The Mage, however, seemed not to be phased by this threat. There was silence for a while, as the stalking figure carefully observed the next turn of events from afar. Sir Ivan, being the more charming of the two, decided to not prolong this any further. "Milady, what my noble comrad had meant to say was...it would do us *glances at Halcyon* BOTH the honor if you may present to us your name, as being gentlemen of knighthood, we should not address a sweet lady with not a title to her honor." Lord Halcyon grunts with amusement and Sir Ivan swiftly kicks him on his ankle so hard, both men fumbled to take again their dignified stance, as their armor noisily clank about with ruckus. The exotic woman Mage slightly smiles with wondrous amusement and delight from the two opposite, but similar warriors. It was still the same as she remembered them...
This is the song I listen to that relaxes me when I pop pills. Don't pop too much, though.
I did but I paused it and wrote this one last bit. Now, sleep will feels amazing. I'm all DRUGGED out. Everything is so quiet now. So Drowsy...
Well, holy shit. Nvm what I just said above, I haven't read your latest epic post. I thought you said you were gonna go watch the hobbit?
Btw, I've noticed you're more creative when you're not distracted. Perhaps we should only continue our epic story when your head's right. I refuse to let this story be any less than epic. P.S. We'll also need a title. You can pick the title & I'll pick the theme song. And please get rid of that hideous armor outfit! It's not even goddamn sexy.
Lord Halcyon pulls out a Scepter of Solidun. A great priest named Solidun had no battle experience but what he lack in physicality, he more than makes up for it with intelligence and resourcefulness. One of his greatest tool is the Scepter he carries around with to help him get out of harm's way. The Scepter glows bright white and blinds the attacker and carries with it a hint of healing power as well as a burst of powerful Holy Light. The creature was briefly blinded and lost track of the two warriors. Sir Ivan reached for his sword and with a powerful thrust, drove it it deep into the chest of the creature. The tail starts to whip wildly out of control. A swipe nearly came close to knocking Lord Halcyon off his feet but he was fleet footed and with a quick cutting motion, the sword split through the flesh of the tail and chopped it in two. The creature howled in pain. It goes down and melts away into the dirt. Lord Halcyon put out his hand and helped Sir Ivan back to his feet. One of the Robed Figure on patrol up the path over heard the commotion and came over to investigate. The Red Mage that drove the Wagon earlier. " I thought we were almost done for with that one. I've been meaning to tell you about this Scepter of Solidun. It was given to me as an heirloom from Solidun himself shortly before dying. In his final wish, he hope for me to carry with it his watchful spirit that has been imbued into the Scepter. The Monks at his Monastery gave me their blessings and I took with me, his ashes to spread toward the western shoreline. The Scepter of Solidun was lifted by my hand and I tapped the power within thus making verything turn white as snow for a few seconds. Solidun saved my life. There were Dark Agents following me. Hoping to pry Solidun's ashes from my hands and use it to perform black rituals. The Scepter revealed who they all were and I was able to battle way out of it. "
No homo, tho.
Have fun watching The Hobbit, assfucker. I gotcha back, always.

As Sir Ivan drifts off to sleep, he dreams about slaying beastly dragons and goblins in the Mistweaver Forest. After chopping off the last head of a 6 headed dragon, he basted in the glory of his killer instincts. Suddenly, he heard a gentle snickering from behind him. He looked deeper pass the crying willow tree and there, he saw a beautiful mermaid waiting among a murky lake. She was so beautiful, her long silver hair seemed to glitter like silk. She was so out of place in such a wretched forest, that Sir Ivan felt chills in his bones as the mermaid sway back and forth, staring mesmerizingly into his eyes. She seemed to beckon him to come closer, a sense of yearning that slithered itself into Sir Ivan's very soul, where he almost lost conciousness. WAKE UP, YOU FOOL! WAKE YOUR BLOODY SOUL UP ELSE IT BE YOUR DEATH BED WHERE YOU LAY!!! As if being ripped right out of another dimension, Sir Ivan heard Lord Halcyon screaming from the top of his lungs in a defense position as though waiting to attack. Sir Ivan followed his eyes to where he was staring at...and he saw, within the cavern ground, a giant centipede with the head of a snake and human slithered it's tongue hungrily between them. Sire Ivan jumped up right away and pulled out his sword to run to his comrad. Suddenly the ground from behind him starts shaking, and within seconds, another centipede monster leaped itself out the ground and grabbed hold of Sir Ivan's feet. Lord Halcyon sees this sudden twist of events and there, he finally decided to use his secret weaponry, in which he had been keeping a secret from Sir Ivan ever since the day they first met back in the village of Utopian. "STAY WHERE YOU ARE!" shouts Lord Halcyon. "Stay where you are and do not move an inch if you trust in me." He reaches inside his metal vest and...
I'll chance upon an armor set like this.
...carry on.
We're co-writing an epic story and freestyling it as we go along, Tidus. If you wanna follow through, it started in the Random Thoughts thread.
what r u 2 talking about?
I am taking first watch.
Wait, who's gonna keep watch first, me or you? lol
Lord Halcyon slumps down and lean up against a boulder. He is watching some movement in the tree. Out came a tiny rabbit foraging for food. Lord Halcyon slowly reaches over and grabs his sword. He lunges at the rabbit but the rabbit was too quick for him. It dashes off and disappears in the bushes. Sir Ivan grabs at his sword thinking something was wrong. *looks over at Sir Ivan* Steady now, it was just a rabbit. *Sir Ivan lower his sword to the ground* We'll take turn keeping watch through out the night. I'll prepare a fire for us to keep warm for now and maybe if you have some of that mutton left, I could sure use a hot meal. You may want to start resting up. I'll take first watch. The mysterious figure that is following near by seems to be afraid of fire. It refuses to come anywhere near for the time being.
Sir Ivan De'Lioncourt stops abruptly. Listens with intent to hear any patterns of the wind that may drift strangely, for he is keen with the elements of earth. He barely hears it, but surely enough, there's a swift pattern that stalks them. We must not look in that direction anymore, Lord Halcyon, for it may be aware that we have noticed it. That may or may not be a danger to us upon it's knowledge. It's almost sundown and the night shall pass us by. I am sure the wagon ahead will take rest as well, for the Mistweaver Forest is a dangerous place to be in the night. Not even a Mage would have the strength to keep those beasts at bay within the night's power. *Looks around at the area* We shall set up camp here and keep aware of the thing that stalks us. Our deaths may be upon us tonight and that is not how I wish to end my fate, comrad. *looks gravely at Halcyon* We shall take turns to keep watch throughout the night. I'll take first shift as it's been a long day for you, my good brother. Rest now. The creature notices the two men stopping and discussing something. It hides patiently behind a big boulder and stares menacingly at the men, curious about their discussion. It looks farther ahead and sees the wagon the men were following also coming to a stop, 20 miles ahead. Inside, walked out children.

WHERE ARE THE DAMN PICTURES?!?!?!?????????
Lord Halcyon looks down at his right arm. There is a tingling sensation. He puts his left hand over it and turned his head to look down the opposite direction of the path. "I have this strange feeling we are being watched and followed. I really need to catch a moment's rest at some point or I'm really going to start seeing things that aren't there. How good of a distance should we keep between us and the wagon? We're going to lose them come sundown and it's getting dark soon. They can't go on forever. If we steady our paces we may yet find their camp.
K back. YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're supposed to answer back in the form of a dialogue, ya nutbag! Watch and learn from the master. (btw, delete all irrelevant comments that ain't gots nuffin' ta'do with this here epicness) *whispering like the wind in Halcyon's ear* Looks like someone else is seeking the majesty, Lord Halcyon. We mustn't lose sight of them and shall follow from a distance. Be quick and swift with it as the Mage may sense our presence. Hurry! They're getting farther ahead! Sir Ivan De'Lioncourt and Lord Halcyon of Icarus follows the wagon swiftly through the valley, stalking the mysterious wagon with robed figures inside...as, unknowingly, something else has been stalking THEM as well. It's not human nor animal...but something as cold and dark as the souls of ghouls themselves. Swaying back and forth...it creeps closer towards the two warrior knights, waiting for it's moment to strike...
This is so damn silly. I'm actually curious how this story is going to turn out.
Hold on, man. We shall indeed continue with our epic journey, but I'm eating some messy chicken Buffalo wangs and can't thoroughly type a lengthy response right now. Brb, my sunflower. BTW, YOU NEED PICTURES TO MAKE IT EPIC, BRO! SORRY, CAPS LOCK IS STUCK. BRB ONE SECONDISM
I just want to show off the red font. keke

Btw, we'll move it into some other thread after we exhaust this one. --------- A wagon is approaching. Both Knights jumped behind some trees and hid. Robed figures in the bed of the wagon. Supplies and lots of it. Where on earth are they going? There is nothing up there for miles. No towns to speak of. Look, a Mage is commandeering the wagon. I know that symbol anywhere and I supposed those robed figures are going to join up with some event happening up ahead. Should we follow or bend right at the fork there and head up toward the Mistweaver Forest, and then, the Ice Mountains beyond it? Mist Forest is said to be haunted and travelers are warned never to enter at sun down. Even by day, the forest is so thick, that no lights can penetrate it.
