Ever watched the documentary called FOOD, INC? If you haven't, I advise you to rent it from netflix or amazon. Discusses the unsanitary handling or process in the making of the foods we eat. You'll be amazed and you might end up changing your diet afterwards.
NOTMILK.COM discusses the cons about milk. And it turns out that our bodies does not benefit from milk. Nope, we don't get Vitamin D and it doesn't promote bone growth. Scientific studies show it isn't made for our bodies. It can cause osteoperosis, cancer, and many more. So watch your health folks!

Consume more whole foods. Those are the least processed of all foods. I agree its disgusting the filth we put into our bodies. Even the meat we eat isn't naturally fed. I have heard the argument for raw milk but, never against milk. Organic would be optimal for all.

Given that it comes from a one ton animal, I definitely agree that milk is not made for your body. I do believe that it provides the calcium to make you grow taller than normal, but with all the growth hormones being used and how these cows are kept in captivity and the stench that surrounds the area, I agree that it's probably does more harm than good in the long term. So now what am I going to eat my cereal with? *sigh*

What's funny is, unhealthy food is cheaper to buy than healthy organic foods you buy at the store. So what you have is a society where only a few people can eat healthy, while the majority is stuck eating garbage for food.
Goes to show not just politics, religion, entertainment and education is corrupted, but our food industry as well.
