I love eating eating Khmer food...anyone that is raised by Cambodian parents love their parents cooking as well. However, living in America and in this Westernized culture...most Cambodian foods are cooked to taste and they rarely use measuring cups and what not to put their ingredients into making their dish. I was wondering if anyone knows a website or maybe they can input their own nutritional facts and calories about all of the different variety of Cambodian food or south east Asian food. I might mistake some other Asian food as Khmer's, but it might be a Vietnamese or Chinese cuisine. So I appreciate it you can find the calories and nutrional facts to dishes like Yao Hawn, Katew, Salaw machu kroeng, Kaw ga-go and many others...
