I'm trying to get my best friend to start working out with me on a regular basis because she really wants to lose weight and she gets sooooo easily distracted on the elliptical and doing other things at the gym. I told her I'd hook her up with some good workout songs to motivate her through two hours of gym time. What are some of your workout tunes or tips to get her motivated?
