What anime/manga are you currently watching/reading?

First off, I want to say. This section is rarely active. Why isn't there more people posting here? Anyway, on to the thread.


So what anime are you watching right now? Or what manga are you reading right now? Lets discuss.


I'm watching Ao No Exorcist and Deadman Wonderland. If you saw these two tell me what you think of them.

I saw those two anime already. I can't wait for Season 2 of Deadman Wonderland, if they have one, cause the ending wasn't really an ending. As for Blue Exorcist, I find it to be really comical. Made me laugh most of the time, but I still need to catch up with the recent episodes. So far, I have been watching some Shounen ai/Yaoi anime. Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi. I really love that anime. I'm still waiting for the fillers to be gone from Naruto Shippuden. Damn those anime fillers! Since its winter break, i need to catch up on some anime; Un-Go, Nurarihyon no Mago, Fairy Tail, and Hunter x Hunter.

I don't like how they made it seem like Broly was so badass, but Goku killed him with one power blast after retaining energy from everyone. It was pretty lame & made me feel like I wasted my time watching it.

I just finished Ao no Exorcist. All I have to say is wow. I haven't watch a good anime in a long time. I got so tired of naruto. it's dragging for too long. anyway if anyone want a new anime I highly recommend it. that is if you like anime such as naruto and bleach. I haven't watch bleach yet. Have to watch :D

I really like the story of Minato & Kushina, probably more than naruto. I wish theyd go back to focus a little more on the ppl surrounding naruto(lee,neiji,etc) still entertaining though. Cant wait for the big battles!

Me too!! I got all teary during the scenes with Minato and Kushina. The battle is crazy. I continued reading the manga and its way ahead of the anime. Since school started, I havent been up to date with the manga.

I currently rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Currently reading Naruto manga; I was really shocked that tobi was a fake Madara. I like how all the tailed beast have their own unique names and that they're not really evil. I really hope tobi identity gets revealed soon. I hope he's not madara brother.

Naruto fusing with Kurama was epic! I'm going to take a guess that Sasuke is going to learn how to control time in order to be on naruto level - how's sasuke supposed to be on par with naruto if naruto is faster than yellow flash.

Is it me, or does the sage of the six path looks a lot like Naruto? And when Naruto fuse with Kurama, naruto looks a lot like the sage of the six path.

One Piece is the only anime I've been able to still keep up with, that is worth keeping up with. It's a great series that is ongoing for 12 years now @ episode 535.

Naruto and Bleach are so plagued with fillers *Chuh Kball! ; rather have a few dozen episodes build up with those series.

I definitely recommend One Piece; although, it takes a few episodes to get the anime really going. It is well worth it.

Naruto to me is the best anime ever made. And it's still ongoing so I'm still reading and watching it. In fact I just copped the Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations on ps3 hit me on psn if you wanna get put in a genjutsu. Other favorite animes of mine are Samurai Champloo (bout 50 episodes), Deathnote (bout 50 episodes), Crossgame (50 episodes), Whistle (50 episodes) if you want something that's a quick hit and be done with it. Crossgame and Whistle are sports animes. Hajime no ippo is one I like as well, there's a manga but I don't read it just watched the anime. Boxing anime. What I'm currently watching other than Naruto that's ongoing is Area no knight or something like that another soccer anime and Prince of Tennis 2. But before you watch POT 2 you should watch part 1 which is a whole bunch of episodes.

Just finished watching all 13 episodes and I recommend this series to everyone! It's a really sad and powerful story, similar to the Kony story. Will give you the same feeling as the anime "Nobody Knows" if anyone has ever seen that.
