for our fourtha, we went out for breakfast at like 5ish...lol. thats when we woke up! we had done something late the night before...just cant remember what. after breakfast, i spoted a lot of pple taking a right at the corner so i followed. turns out it was a miltary base and a firework show there. : ) nice stroke of luck there.

oh speaking of overseas. i heard capital one does not charge international fees. that is one reason why i kept my capOne card, or else i'd shut it down. planning to go far away someday. ooh new zealand i find that country so green and pretty. i have one khmer friend there and she owns goats hehe.
