i've finally started to workout again!! well it starts tomorrow. wish me luck and i'll keep u updated on my progession. my target areas would be toning my arms, glutes and thighs. 5'5-5'6 @111 target weight is 105 all muscle haha

It's a long story but I'll give you a very short version.
I was looking at some of my year books and I seen a class mate who was Tibetan. <3 he's a cutie =)
I wanted to learned a little more about Tibet and the whole political mumbo jumbo.

If so, that's a bit harsh. There's a fairly nice size of Tibetan in the Midwest, that should be a lot more in California. Maybe you just need to get out more??? =P

My leg aren't sore and I would say that I am a Buddhist.
But I am not a hard core Buddhist, I don't any of the chants... it's more that I was raised into it.
Now that you mention it, the Tibetan monks are seen as the Antagonist in Chinese Kung Fu films.
I am just getting into it, so I don't know as much to tell you anything as of right now.
You probably know by now that I am not Tibetan =P

LOL, it's fine.
My weekend was good, it was spent with family.
We went to the state fair. We walked a lot that day, probably about 2 miles.
Currently learning and reading more about the Dalai Lama, he's a very fascinating man.
Lots of packing and organizing these past days. Which I am still doing.
