Strike Force Fedor vs Rogers Nov 07 09

This card is absolutely stacked, the best fight card by far this year.

Mousasi vs Soku is going to be a great fight, this kid Mousasi is going to be one of the best fighters in mma.

I agree he's just a one trick pony, the only way that he'll beat Fedor, if he catches him with a lucky punch.

I agree, Brett is my long time friend and I used to train with him awhile ago. I'm really looking forward to see this fight. I would definitely want my friend to win, but FEDOR is a BEAST. He has been the most dominating fighter in Pride for the last ten years and he has not slowed down. I think Rogers would win by keeping the fight standing, If he is taken down, he will lose, because Bretts ground game is horrible.

Rogers has close ties with Windy city boxing and pow, him koing Arlovski is no surpise, your probably familiar with, the tropicana del sol?  Underground fight scene years ago, if Fedor can withstand the first 30 seconds of the fight it's over.  I think Rogers goes in wild at the start of the bell, fedor side steps, than looks for a judo toss, takes him down, and armbars him, fight over.  If I was fedor i would bait rogers, pull guard on Rogers, and armbars him, fight over.  Fedor can win this fight in the guard, on top, side control, standing, etc etc etc.  Rogers has a punchers chance, even if that, but a fight is a fight and anything can happen.

I'm actually sick of fedor koing his opponents within the first round, I would love to see him get top position, and ground and pound rogers for the tko.  We haven't seen his ground game in years, since 2007 against HMC and Lindland.  Fedor in a cage, suits his style of fighting perfectly.  But you never know, it takes time to adjust from ring to cage, and example of that is look what happened to all the pride fc fighters before they transitioned to the cage (UFC) it didn't go so well for most of them.  Who knows, it makes for an even more interesting fight, tmrw.  In my opinion, I don't think Fedor should stand with Rogers.
