It's because he was an a**hole to the Native Americans by FORCING them out of their homes and territories so that the government could prosper. In other words...he abused his 'executive powers.' Google it :)

I remember taking a Native American Indian studies class. My professor hated Andrew Jackson and he sees Jackson being on the $20 dollar bill and ATM machines is a slap to the Native Indians.
