jasmine and green tea. my grandparents buy jasmine tea, and i have green tea. i prefer to go in the house and drop the leaves in tho. so it's more likely jasmine. can't tell the diff. if i go for green tea, i add honey.

i like chrysanthemum too, but i buy them at the asian store, cold and sweet. i don't know if i can count that.

I saw on the news today, this one elderly lady just celebrated her 105th birthday at a strip club. She was having a Girls Night Out. When asked what was her secret to having a longer life....she answered that she drinks Green Tea everyday.

I'm gonna try to get my grandma to drink Green Tea. =)

I love 100% natural green tea (Salada brand) & organic green tea w/ pomegrante and acai(Bigelow brand)...I usually have it hot and I put some honey in it.....its the best...

If money is not an object, I highly recommend drinking this Japanese Matcha tea: Matcha Powder, 2 OZ TIN

I've bought this item, and many others from the Japanese stores. It's delicious on a cold morning right before you head out to work. Try adding some honey to give it a nice sweet, and smooth taste.

Oh yea, try Salada White Tea. It's awesome. You can find it at most super market.
