Im guessing Naruto will kill Pain..When Jaraiya died he mention that Naruto will become Hokage and will protect Kanoha..Every since Naruto trained he supassed the 4th hokage and his own master which is Jiraiya..I doubt they going to make Naruto lose because they made him to be the hero of it all..

I don't know who's going to do what but don't forget the country that the 8 tails is from is on the way to Konoha and isnt' Sasuke and his team on the way there too?

Pain is the leader, but they share common goal, so pain have to step up cuz he is the leader.

Konoha will not have the finances to rebuild its society so Naruto leaves Konoha for some time and uses the Sexy Jutsu to trick men to give him money. On this journey Naruto runs into the one and only Killer Bee who entrances Naruto in his Sexy Jutsu form using his Musical Love Jutsu. Konoha is out of money and falls apart, devestated by failure Saske impregnates Sakura and becomes a drunk on welfare. The End.

Don't overestimate him.

Naruto can  enter Hermit Mode. He is more skilled when training, He learned it faster then Jiraiys. Jiraiya's Hermit Mode, it just change  his body to a  frog-like  appearance, While Naruto  his eyes, are always present in Hermit Mode, and is the sign of a true hermt.

He can summons all the powerful toads at his own will now.I bet he will learned the fire technique too..I know his Shadow clones will perhaps be improved and he have the powerful Shuirken Wind release Resengan( He can do a normal Resengan with one hand now) I know he can't used it but im sure through out his training his able to control its power.. He can always use that technique as the final attempt to kill his enemies.Dont forget his quicker but its unclear if his fast like his dad...Also, he can release the Nine Tail fox within him, when his about to die or when his really mad.Naruto not being able to control the demon is what make him dangerous! Its true, but the nine tail fox demon is the most POWERFUL out of all the ones they collected, without  it the others demons is meaningless..Madara was able to control the Nine Tail fox  when he attacked Konoha and  almost wipe the whole villiage out.. .Naruto dad have to die  to seal it in his own son..

There is some anime series where they killed the main character but a lot of fans get turned off and gets really mad..I hope they wont do that with Naruto not until he become Hokage for a few years...lol...

the thing that doesnt make sense to me is.. how naruto can get pain to believe in him.. and get him to come to the good side.. and just let him realize there is another way instead of destroying konoha..

I'm too lazy to find the manga where you answer lies but it has to do with the good and evil brother, of the uchicha clan! sasuke is the evil brother and choses revenage! madara was explaining this to kakashi, and naruto,

he is blinded by vengence!! Sasuke had a chance to kill Naruto but he choose not too because he didnt want to become like his brother.Also him and Naruto share a special bond together..He blamed konoha  that his whole family died.If you read the manga he find out the truth that his brother was only protecting him and his fam..

Ummm that comment is kinda vague.  Sasuke actually wants to become like his brother in that itachi achieved the Mangekyo Sharingan. He didn't want to achieve it the same way as Itachi did, or thought he did, that is killing the most important people in his life, which naruto is to sasuke,.

So naruto defeated pain by pure luck with the help of the 2 frog sages and the nine tail fox power.

The god realm pain couldn`t do anything until 4 of his 6 body got killed. If all 6 were were the together, then pain truly is invincible. And naruto turned into 8 tailed before he can defeat the last pain.

If it was a fair fight, naruto would had die real quick like kakashi and half of the konoho. Its kinda stupid that naruto can convince pain to the good side, and pain revived everyone back to life which pissed off Mandara.

so to answer your question....Naruto did not defeat pain alone.

Its kinda obvious since the begining. 

Naruto gonna fight with sasuke at the end. but do they have what it take to kill one another. The whole theme of that is do you have what it take to eliminate all the obstacle to archieve your goal...even it mean to kill someone that is so close to you ??

Naruto has to face pain, and sasuke will have to face mandara before they finally meet. That is how the story gonna play out.

Mandara thinks he is smooth and all. Just watch, he gonna get his ass killed by sasuke just like orochimaru which i believed is still alive because during the battle with Itachi, itachi release the snake from sasuke and it escaped.

Mandara going to use Sasuke(read it on the manga)and you have no clue what his capable of doing(madara) his one of the most powerful Ninja and his actually ring leader of the Askusk, his the master mind of it all.My prediction would be madara will end up killing sasuke and naruto will revenge his deathl..
