On weekend, people from the other side of town flocks to park that locate at the hard working side of town to picnic and relax with their homies. They are welcome but problem is that they never bother to follow simple park rules that alcohol and smoking is probhited. Plus, when they left, they never bother to clean up after themselves and some even tagged the park facilities. Yes, everyone like nice and safe area and the park at the good area side of town is nice 'cos people take care of them. It's irresponsibility that get me fume. These are probably the same people who destroy their neighborhood by tagging and violence but yet seeking a better place to enjoy.
These same people probably take their kids to trick or treat in a nice hard working area, too. I don't mind they come and enjoy the spirit of Holloween; the problem I have is that when they left, they tagged the side curb and street signs. There are very few people with kids in school at my neighborhood but yet, when Holloween time, there're flocks of people from the other side of town trick or treating at our neighborhood.
My points are: If they like nice things, why not take care of them? If they destroy their own place, they only hurt themselves.
