i dont know about anywhere else but here in L.A.  tax will be 9.25 starting tomorrow.

I don't know, but I heard that we're supposed to be getting a tax break on our paychecks this month or next, I forget. But that sucks for LA.

starting tomorrow..there'll be a 1% increase in tax at my local mcdonalds. the world is coming to an end.

iuno 9.5 % is cheap! for the longest time it was 14% for us til couple years ago.. it went to 13.5 %.. i say you got it good. at least you guys are working towards universal healthcare w/ that tax increase (hopefully) =]
